Article 10 - Convention between the Parties The GCs constitute a contract governing the relations between MP and the User. ARTICLE 0 : DEFINITIONS
Achat à l’acte : s’entend de la location temporaire d’un Contenu, ce Contenu pouvant être visionné 48 heures à compter de la location.
Application : s’entend de l’application mobile à télécharger sur un Terminal mobile par l’Utilisateur. L’Application IOS ou Android permettra aux Utilisateurs de lire ou de télécharger des Contenus.
CGV : s’entend des présentes conditions générales de vente.
Crédits : s’entend du nombre de crédits auxquels donne droit la souscription d’un Abonnement. La consultation ou le téléchargement des Contenus nécessitant un ou plusieurs crédits dans les conditions précisées à l’article « Prise de commande et paiement » des CGV. Ces Crédits seront renouvelés par un prélèvement sur la facture de l’opérateur mobile de l’Utilisateur ou de son FAI ou encore par carte bancaire de façon hebdomadaire, mensuelle, trimestrielle ou annuelle automatiquement
